The Executive Edge is seeking a highly skilled Health Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and customers.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of health and safety excellence.
You will have strong experience in health and safety advisory/management positions, preferably in the chemical industry. You should hold a NEBOSH Diploma qualification or be working towards it. Chartered Safety Professional CMIOSH would be desirable.
A degree in Chemistry or science-based subject/equivalent vocational qualification is preferable. DGSA qualification or knowledge of dangerous goods legislation, primarily ADR, is also preferred. Full UK/EU driving licence is a must.
