**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Centre Receptionist to join our team at Horizon House Group. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting residents, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To welcome and assist residents, staff, and visitors, providing information and guidance as needed;
  • To maintain accurate records and files, including the fire book and centre diary;
  • To assist with administrative tasks, such as phone and email enquiries;
  • To support the Centre Manager and Reception Officer in ensuring all residents are booked in for assessment;
  • To participate in supervision and personal development planning;
  • To report any risk concerns or hazards to the Centre Manager;
  • To adhere to health and safety policies and procedures;

Skills and Qualifications:

  • QQI level 5 in hospitality or customer care, or social care equivalent;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and other languages;
  • Competence in Microsoft Word processing and Excel;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or equivalent;
  • Desirable: experience working with international protection residents, NGOs in conflict zones, or similar environments;
