Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxurious spa, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing spa staff, scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining exceptional standards in the spa and onsite fitness centre.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment that consistently exceeds guest expectations in service and treatments.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a senior therapist or spa management role within a hotel setting and a proven track record of exceeding guest expectations and driving revenue growth.

Diploma or degree in Spa Management or relevant industry experience is required. Current valid permission to work in Ireland is also mandatory.
