At a luxury hotel in Galway, we are seeking a highly professional and friendly porter to join our hospitality staff. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate guest requests in the Accommodation and room service departments.
  • Perform maintenance tasks in rooms as required.
  • Assist with luggage intake for individual guests and tours.
  • Serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in all areas of the hotel, including outdoor spaces.
  • Assist with deliveries for the Accommodation and Food and Beverage departments.
  • Greet guests warmly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Requirements:
  • A professional approach is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • A good level of spoken English is necessary.
  • You should be able to multi-task and work as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
