Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee our Cloud Engineering team. This role requires strong technical expertise, people leadership, and the ability to influence across teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a high-level position that demands expertise in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and CI/CD automation across hybrid environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving modernization of legacy applications into scalable, service-based, and cloud-native architectures.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation tools. Strong programming skills in Java, .NET, Python, Groovy, and object-oriented design are essential.

  • Lead the strategy and execution of cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.
  • Drive modernization of legacy applications.
  • Provide technical leadership in OOP programming.
  • Define and enforce engineering best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years in software/cloud engineering with 5+ years leading large teams.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with AWS, GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation tools.
  • Strong programming background in Java, .NET, Python, Groovy, and object-oriented design.
  • Demonstrated experience modernizing monolithic systems into microservices or service-based architectures.
