This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who wants to develop their skills and expertise in advanced practice. The successful candidate will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide safe, timely, evidenced-based nurse-led care to patients with epilepsy.
The role requires a high degree of knowledge, skill, and experience in the management of patients with epilepsy. The ideal candidate will have a broad base of clinical experience relevant to the advanced field of practice and be eligible to undertake a Masters Degree in Nursing or a relevant Masters Degree.
Key Requirements
- Be a Registered Nurse on the NMBI Active Register or entitled to be so registered
- Have a broad base of clinical experience relevant to the advanced field of practice
- Be eligible to undertake a Masters Degree in Nursing or a relevant Masters Degree
- Demonstrate IT skills, including excellent keyboard skills
- Experience in teaching and assessing junior staff/nursing students
