Leisure Centre Attendant Job Summary

The Leisure Centre Attendant is a dynamic and customer-focused role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure centre.

This exciting opportunity requires a personable individual with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service to guests and members alike.

Key to this role is maintaining a safe and secure environment, cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool and leisure area to required standards, and assisting persons attending the club with exercise equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To operate the leisure centre efficiently and effectively at all times.
  • To deliver an excellent service experience to guests and members.
  • To maintain the safety and security of leisure centre guests.
  • To ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the swimming pool and leisure area.
  • To assist guests and members in using exercise equipment.
Requirements:
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Essential: Lifeguard Qualification and Commitment to Customer Service.
  • Desirable: Swim Teacher Qualification and ITEC/NCEF Gym Instructor qualification.
