We are seeking skilled professionals to work with individuals in the disability sector.

As a Community Support Worker, you will empower service users to live independent lives in their home and community.

The role involves supporting the development and delivery of person-centred plans, fostering active citizenship, and promoting social inclusion.

You will transport service users to access the community and be responsible for key worker duties, including administration, advocacy, and liaison with families.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification - minimum Level 5 in Healthcare or related field

have experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a relevant sector

hold a full clean manual driving license with access to own vehicle for work purposes

and have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
