The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, including business development with existing and new clients, candidate attraction and screening.

You will receive excellent training and work alongside highly skilled Recruitment Consultants who will mentor you to become an expert in your field.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree from a recognised third-level institution
  • Ideal experience working in recruitment or a similar role in Ireland (6 months - 2 years)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Results-driven, confident, ambitious, and career-driven

  • A salary + uncapped commission, circa OTE €50k-€70k+
