As an Assistant Manager at our store in Ballincollig, Co. Cork, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring a high-energy team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

We are seeking an experienced retail professional who can demonstrate strong leadership skills, coach and develop the team to meet objectives, and embody our core values.
Apart from delivering excellent results, you will also be responsible for operational excellence, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the department meets company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Support Store Manager with organizing and managing weekly team rotas to ensure adequate coverage within budgeted hours
  • Drive operational excellence, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the department meets company standards
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures and support the Store Manager in delivery of same
  • Actioning merchandising campaigns, promotional activities, delivery schedules and various back-office duties within required timeframes using a proactive approach
  • Display strong leadership skills, coaching and developing the team to meet objectives and ensure they embody Carraig Donn's core values
