Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and compiling project-specific quality requirements for shop floor manufacture within the Steam and/or Generators manufacturing facility.

You will work closely with the Quality Leader to monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your goal will be to ensure that all quality standards are met and exceeded, while also identifying opportunities for process enhancements.


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and compiling project-specific quality requirements
  • Monitoring metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements
  • Developing and maintaining quality documentation and procedures
  • Providing support and guidance to production staff on quality-related issues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in quality assurance and a proven track record of delivering results. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science) and certification in quality management (e.g., CQI, ASQ) would be an asset. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about quality and is committed to making a positive impact.
