Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join our team. As a Senior HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out remedial works and maintenance services on commercial and industrial buildings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance of commercial heating and cooling equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnostic Skills: Diagnose the cause of problems and failures in heating/air-conditioning/ventilation systems, and recommend repair and/or replacement solutions.
  • Communication: Inform management regarding procedures and status of work orders, and provide timely updates on project progress.
  • Inspection and Repair: Inspect HVAC systems and their components to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs, and recommend preventive maintenance.
  • Installation and Commissioning: Install heating and air-conditioning equipment and ventilation systems, and conduct testing, commissioning, and validation works for Air and Water systems.
  • Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order.
  • Teamwork: Participate in meetings, workshops, and training as required, and support and develop all engineers/apprentices in the field.
  • Client Relationship Management: Work with a multidisciplinary team to manage client relationships and reconcile accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 – 4 years post-apprenticeship experience in HVAC engineering.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in the maintenance and repair of Chillers, Split AC, VRV systems, Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, Air Handling Systems, Boilers, and Pumping Systems.
  • Experience using testing and commissioning instrumentation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
