Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Equipment Repair Specialist to join our team. As a Service Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing our Hearing & Balance Medical Devices. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as medical devices or electronics. They will be able to use electronic test equipment, MS Office applications, and possess a strong technical aptitude. Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose customer units and repair/calibrate as needed.
  • Complete device calibration, electrical safety test activities, and maintain accuracy in process-related documentation.
  • Receive and ship customer units, completing reports and using EBS to fill in notes.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 1:00 pm

Requirements
  • Leaving Cert or equivalent level of education.
  • 1-2 years related experience on a Production line in a Medical Device or Electronics environment.
  • Competent and able to use electronic test equipment.
  • Must be computer literate and able to use MS Office applications.
  • Strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn new processes fast.
  • Excellent time and attendance record.
