Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Dental Manager and Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical support to our dentists while maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled chairside assistance during various treatment procedures, anticipating the needs of dentists and patients.
- Assist dentists with orthodontic procedures, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including dental charting and treatment notes.
- Ensure a clean and organized dental surgery, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Decontaminate and sterilize dental instruments, equipment, and materials.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions.
- Manage dental supplies and inventory, restocking as necessary.
- Collaborate with dental receptionists to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling.
- Assist with dental laboratory procedures, including pouring and trimming models, and fabricating temporary restorations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personable, positive attitude, and great customer focus.
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Comfortable managing an experienced team.
- Business acumen and knowledge of Human Resources and Health & Safety.
