About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, complex public sector organisation undergoing a significant transformation journey. As a key member of our leadership team, you will lead the delivery of a major transformation programme aligned to our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of a multi-year change strategy, managing complex projects from inception to benefits realisation.
  • Ensure robust governance and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation process.
  • Work closely with senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional teams to develop business cases, manage resources, and embed change management practices.
Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent professional qualification and at least 3 years' senior management experience in a large, complex organisation focused on continuous improvement.
  • Alternatively, 5+ years' senior management experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience in managing complex transformation programmes and projects.
  • PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management qualification.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a track record of delivering strategic change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
