About the Role:

">

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Planner to join our team. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for planning activities and progress reporting of electrical works for large-scale data centre projects.

">

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

">
  • ">
  • Supporting the Operations Director in developing and executing project programmes;">
  • Producing forensic planning and delay claim analysis documents;">
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems;">
  • Developing detailed EPC construction schedules for baseline agreement with clients;">
  • Resource loading schedules, producing, and tracking KPIs;">
  • Ensuring accuracy and timely updating of construction schedules;">
  • Tracking planned versus actual EV progress;">
  • Attending site meetings as required (internal and client based);">
  • Monitoring original versus actual budgets for scope growth/changes;">
  • Producing weekly, monthly, and periodic reports for internal and external purposes.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A relevant 3rd-level qualification;">
  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (preferably including M&E contracting experience);">
  • Experience in Primavera P6 software required (min 5 years);">
  • Ability to interrogate & challenge where necessary Main Contractor / General Contractor programmes;">
  • Able to support multiple projects at one time;">
  • Able to read and understand M&E drawings;">
  • Microsoft Excel Intermediate to Expert level.">
