Senior Psychological Service Lead

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Psychologist to provide psychological services to adults with an Intellectual Disability across Kildare and West Dublin. The successful candidate will work in a multi-disciplinary team to support our service-users, their families and frontline staff in an effective, person-centred and compassion focused system.
The Psychology department offers supportive supervision, encourages research and service evaluation, maintains strong links with University training courses and values continuing professional development. This role presents opportunities for growth and advancement within the field of psychology.
Key requirements include:
- A Doctorate in educational psychology or clinical psychology or counselling psychology
- PSI registration
- DOH validation if graduated outside of Ireland
- 5 years post-graduate experience
- Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities and neurodivergence
- A full clean license and access to own vehicle
