Leadership Opportunity in Airport Infrastructure

Drive transformation and shape the future of airport infrastructure as a seasoned Senior Project Manager.

  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects that align with strategic objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive Project Execution Plans adhering to NEC/FIDIC contract standards.
  • Monitor project performance across key metrics, including cost, schedule, risk, and quality.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, promoting collaboration and expertise sharing.
  • Coordinate design reviews, stakeholder communications, and change control processes to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date project risk registers and guarantee compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate possesses 15+ years of experience in construction/infrastructure, preferably within aviation or complex public-sector projects. They should have a strong grasp of NEC and/or FIDIC contracts, along with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Essential Requirements
  • Experience: 15+ years in construction/infrastructure, preferably with aviation or complex public-sector projects.
  • Proven track record in live airport environments and client-side project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of NEC and/or FIDIC contracts.
  • Leadership of multidisciplinary teams across large-scale programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and project governance tools.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications include a degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification, and membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, or similar professional body.
