HR Advisor Opportunity

This role involves providing expert HR and employment law advice to clients via various channels, including phone, email, and video. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and building trusted relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clear and practical HR and employment law advice to clients.
  • Managing a caseload of HR cases and maintaining accurate records.
  • Delivering HR training sessions online and in person.
  • Assisting with updating contracts and handbooks as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR and employment law.
  • Confident communication and strong written skills.
  • Organized and detail-focused with the ability to prioritize multiple cases.
