Job Description:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the user experience by annotating data and evaluating customer responses. You will utilize your language and cultural knowledge, along with analytical skills, to evaluate responses against guidelines. Your primary responsibility will be to annotate data (audio and visual) and evaluate data from customers who have opted in to the grading program.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Annotate data accurately and efficiently
  • Evaluate data from customers according to established guidelines
  • Prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent active listening skills, fluency in English reading, writing, and comprehension skills, and understanding of local region and cultural variations.
