- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the Choice offering.
- Analyse and interrupt financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop all employees within the team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends through continuous improvement and attending regular sessions to maintain CPD skills.
