  • Develop a technical sales strategy and confidently discuss AI within cloud-based applications;
  • Configure and demonstrate solutions tailored to each customer's business needs;
  • Collaborate with other international teams to advance the business and lead programs crafted to accelerate growth;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Service Cloud value to customers and field teams, including C-level executives and IT;
  • Assess business requirements and deliver findings, including key difficulties, proposed solutions, and return on investment where applicable;
  • Develop a technical sales strategy and confidently discuss AI within cloud-based applications;
  • Configure and demonstrate solutions tailored to each customer's business needs;
