As a Service Technician, you will be working with our team to provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality results. Your primary responsibility will be to assemble and repair furniture in customers' homes and in our store displays.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Working in stores to assemble new ranges of furniture for floor displays
  2. Visiting customers in their homes to carry out repairs and assembly of various furniture items, including upholstered sofas, beds, tables, and wardrobes

In addition to these duties, you will also be responsible for:

  1. Carrying out minor repairs on site and submitting full reports to the store manager
  2. Maintaining excellent communication skills and providing outstanding customer service at all times

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people
  • Fluent English language skills
  • A proven track record of experience in a similar background, preferably with 2 years or more of experience
  • Furniture industry experience is highly desirable
  • A full clean driving licence
