Property Manager Job Opportunity

This role presents a chance to advance your career in property management, working on globally focused projects and developing your skills in sales/leasing negotiations, site acquisitions, and relationship building.


Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing value from property sales/leasing negotiations, coordinating new site acquisitions & development projects, developing & maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, supporting budgeting processes, managing credit control activities, reviewing commercial proposals, ensuring compliance reporting, and contributing to the leadership team as needed.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business studies or a relevant field
  • Fully qualified chartered surveyor - SCSI and/or RICS - highly desirable
  • 3-5+ years experience in a commercially focused property sales or leasing role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage & network with people at all levels of seniority
  • Strong IT & analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines & within budget
