Senior Financial Accountant Position

A skilled Financial Operations Specialist is required to manage financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support strategic financial decisions within the company.
The Role- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, on a regular basis.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate in developing budgets and financial forecasts, providing actionable insights to support business planning and strategy.
- Tax Compliance: Manage tax payments and ensure timely submission of tax returns, adhering to local regulations and guidelines.
- Internal Controls: Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls, identify areas for improvement, and implement recommendations.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial trends, costs, revenues, and liabilities to provide informed insights to management.
- General Ledger Management: Oversee general ledger activities, including reconciliations, account maintenance, and month-end closings.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal departments, external auditors, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
- Experience in financial accounting or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
