We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Integration Specialist.

Making transactions safe, simple, smart, and accessible is at the heart of our mission.

This exciting role will involve collaborating with customers to implement our solutions, providing expert technical guidance, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored support.
  • Providing exceptional technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and live operations.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance customer and operational experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with internal systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in implementing and supporting API/SFTP B2B technology solutions, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
  • Fluency in English and another European language an advantage.
  • A strong ability to interact directly with customers and learn about their business.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience working with APIs, SQL, and regular expressions.
  • Prior experience and knowledge in payments.
