Our Senior Analyst role involves oversight and Quality Assurance (QA) of external and internal cash payments adhering to strict deadlines.

You will be responsible for working with partners and Team Leaders to ensure client service standards and regulatory requirements are met.

The Transfer Agency department provides third-party fund services to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder service functions.

Key responsibilities include input, approval & QA checks on Redemption, Subscription, Dividend, Commission and Rebate payments against strict currency deadlines.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring queries are answered in line with department procedures, managing work queues, attending team meetings, and supporting quality improvements.

As a Senior Analyst, you will maintain close relationships with other areas of TA and external stakeholders, and participate in client visit meetings as required.

Accountabilities include exercising due care and diligence, observing proper standards of market, business and personal conduct, and demonstrating integrity in the execution of duties.

Relationships include Internal Key Stakeholders, External Key stakeholders, and Regulators including CBOI and FED.

Desirable qualifications include previous financial services experience, customer service experience, ability to review and resolve complex issues, and strong planning and organisation skills. A competitive salary and benefits package
