Job Overview

TN Ireland is currently looking for an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to join their Engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a specialist role focusing on preventative maintenance breakdowns.

About the Job:
- Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes for both reactive and preventative measures.
- Ensure uniformity in maintenance practices across the site and collaborate with maintenance colleagues to identify and implement best practices.
- Lead efforts in data analysis and root cause investigations to enhance problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as primary contact for maintenance issues and manage escalation process when necessary.
- Work with various departments to ensure the Maintenance team effectively prioritizes maintenance tasks.
- Supervise and mentor direct reports, providing guidance and coaching.
- Adopt a hands-on approach to predictive, preventative, and reactive maintenance, promoting knowledge sharing within the Engineering team.

Responsibilities:
- Hold a relevant Electrical trade qualification or Electrical Engineering degree.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate independence and strong organizational skills.
- Have experience with controls, PLCs, software, and automated equipment.
- Be an effective communicator who values listening and others' opinions.
- Be strategic in problem-solving and decision-making, with a logical and comprehensive approach.
- Consistently exceed expectations, dedicated to achieving results.
- Build trusting relationships, treating others with respect and sincerity.
