Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to research and establish relationships with workforce development partners, ensuring the program's success and impact.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver work experience programs, fostering partnerships with external organizations to provide opportunities for young adults from underrepresented communities.
Lead the development of curricula for work experience programs, creating engaging content that aligns with program objectives and supports the growth and development of participants.
Manage program operations and logistics, including event coordination, invitations, and workshop arrangements for internal and external partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality work experience programs for diverse target groups.
Provide operational support, including data collection and logistics, for apprenticeship programs.
Proven experience working with young adults from underrepresented communities, particularly those aged 16-24.
Able to relate to and work effectively with diverse populations, including young adults, senior executives, and non-profit partners.
Experience with work experience programs or similar work-based learning initiatives, preferably in the Ireland labor market.
Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task, balancing programmatic and operational responsibilities.
Excellent facilitation skills, with experience running virtual events and engaging young adults in person and online.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a presence and leadership style suitable for public speaking and facilitation.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
