Sales and Customer Success Strategy

Your key responsibilities will include driving pipeline growth, managing renewal cycles, and expanding the customer base. To achieve this, you will work closely with the Program Management team to create engaging experiences for customers and prospects, build scalable campaigns, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.

As a subject matter expert, you will serve as a liaison between the Field organization and cross-functional teams, sharing best practices and improving product and market knowledge and skills. This requires a deep understanding of Google's cloud-based offerings, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to deliver true business value, demonstrate product functionality, and provide comprehensive overviews of key business use cases. You will be expected to lead day-to-day relationships with cross-functional team members and external customers, leveraging empathy to drive mutual understanding and shared goals.
