Job Title: Audit Manager II

Description:

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, business acumen and leadership qualities to manage audit projects from planning through execution. The position requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management principles and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans that address key risks and control gaps.
  • Lead teams of auditors in the field to gather evidence and document findings.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform audit strategies.
  • Prepare high-quality audit reports that clearly articulate findings and recommendations.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors, to ensure alignment on audit objectives and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a financial services organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
