As a member of our finance team, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Assist with monthly management accounts preparation
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and supporting financial records
  • Support month-end accounts receivable process including sales invoices generation and issuance
  • Conduct daily reconciliations and promptly resolve discrepancies
  • Process and monitor corporate expense claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare daily or weekly cash reports as required
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes (journals, accruals, prepayments)
  • Collaborate with the wider finance and operations team to ensure financial data accuracy
  • Support external audits and respond to queries as required
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, finance systems updates, and integrations
  • Provide ad-hoc financial and administrative support to the finance team
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics
  • Actively studying or planning to study towards a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive, curious mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Interest in the fintech industry and technology-led finance operations
