Automotive Mechanic - HGV Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team as an HGV specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of HGVs and specialist vehicles.

  • We are looking for candidates with NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) and experience working with HGVs or LCVs.
  • A Full UK / Irish / EU Class C or CE (formerly Class 1 or 2) Manual Driving Licence is also required.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair faults on HGVs and specialist vehicles
  • Maintain and service vehicles to manufacturer specifications
  • Work with top brands like Mercedes, Iveco and Ford
  • Attend breakdowns and provide mobile support as required

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with HGVs or LCVs
  • Full UK / Irish / EU Class C or CE (formerly Class 1 or 2) Manual Driving Licence
  • Proactive, detail-oriented approach and passion for vehicle maintenance
