Technical Support Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled technical support specialist to join our AWS team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using advanced tools and techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to internal stakeholders on AWS products and services
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud-based services and associated technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
