We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Safety Engineer to join our global engineering solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in construction safety management, with experience in pharmaceutical, oil and gas, or food industries.

This role requires the ability to lead and manage construction safety strategies, with a focus on Behavior Based Safety programs. You will be responsible for reviewing and implementing construction and commissioning HSE-plans, work permits, and safe plans, as well as coaching and supporting contractors in GES practices and procedures.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction safety strategies
  • Review and implement HSE-plans, work permits, and safe plans
  • Coach and support contractors in GES practices and procedures
  • Track safety statistics and initiate improvement plans
  • Maintain relationships with clients and local teams
  • Participate in incident investigations
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong background in construction safety
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing projects across multiple sites
  • Familiarity with MS Office
