In this role, you will lead by example, promoting a culture of recovery, respect, and empowerment among patients, families, and staff. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices that enhance patient outcomes.
As a successful candidate, you will possess a strong academic background, with a Level 8 post-registration National Qualifications Authority of Ireland major academic award relevant to Adolescent Mental Health. A minimum of 5 years' experience in mental health services, including 2 years in Adolescent Mental Health, is also required.
A qualification in Nursing Medicinal Product Prescribing is mandatory; if not already held, you must commit to undertaking this training within 2 years of appointment.
Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential, as is an in-depth knowledge of the Mental Health Commission requirements, leadership, and governance, with evidence of continuing professional development.
