Role Overview:
This clinical trial pharmacy specialist role is responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on the development of pharmacy services for clinical trials and research studies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospital or clinical pharmacy and be able to demonstrate expertise in the area of clinical trials.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pharmacy services for clinical trials and research studies
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and best practice procedures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) and have a minimum of five years' post-registration experience. You should also possess a postgraduate diploma or masters degree in hospital or clinical pharmacy, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
