Third-Party Risk Lead

We are seeking a strategic third-party risk professional to lead our outsourcing initiatives in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the development and implementation of governance structures for outsourced activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with both internal and external service providers to drive operational efficiency and strategic value
- Develop and implement effective risk management frameworks to mitigate potential risks associated with third-party vendors
This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Monzo Europe. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in outsourcing, vendor management, risk management, or compliance within a regulated industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Strong knowledge of outsourcing regulations and risk management frameworks
- Experience in managing complex third-party relationships
- Ability to develop and implement effective governance structures
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
