Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements, including customer contracts, supplier agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service level agreements.
  • Providing strategic legal advice on commercial matters, ensuring our business activities are legally sound and aligned with our objectives.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for identifying, protecting, and managing our intellectual property assets (e.g., patents, trademarks, trade secrets).
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Significant experience in commercial law and/or intellectual property and licensing agreements.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving.
