Employment tax and global mobility services require expertise in international taxation. As a leading firm, our client provides exceptional services across various sectors, leveraging scale, cultural understanding, and expertise to support major groups, SMEs, private investors, and public bodies.

The employment tax and global mobility team advises domestic and international businesses on employment taxes and cross-border arrangements. Key responsibilities include advising clients on tax-free incentives, BIK, share-based remuneration plans, termination/redundancy payments, PAYE health checks, and Revenue audit support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing expatriate tax returns, managing compliance engagements, and ensuring clients remain compliant with tax, social security, payroll, and other requirements.

A strong academic background and at least 7 years of taxation experience in employment tax and global mobility are required. Managerial experience or project management skills are also necessary. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, with excellent client-facing skills.

  • Experience reviewing personal tax returns for internationally mobile employees and associated applications
  • Managing PAYE Revenue audits and compliance checks
  • Knowledge of Irish tax law related to employment taxes and global mobility
