Job Description:

The Firm Hotel & Catering Recruitment is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in HR management within the hospitality/tourism industries, with a solid understanding of Irish employment law and employee relations.

Key responsibilities include providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff, working alongside the Human Resources Director to deliver key HR initiatives, and ensuring accurate payroll information. The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team, manage differences, and negotiate effectively, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the organization.

This role involves delivering HR initiatives, including resourcing, talent management, employee benefits, employee relations, etc., and working in conjunction with finance to ensure successful onboarding for all employees. The ideal candidate will be proactive, approachable, and people solution orientated, with strong admin and IT skills and excellent attention to detail.
