Job Description:

The role of the Global Supply Chain Technology Director involves overseeing and managing all Information Technology initiatives related to the Integrated Supply Chain Function. This strategic leadership position is responsible for developing the IT strategy for the EMEA supply chain functions, including the MES roadmap, aligning with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing relevant projects/initiatives aligned with organizational goals and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Overseeing daily IT operations and coordinating activities of local IT leaders at various plant locations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT leadership and supply chain management, with a deep understanding of both IT and supply chain processes. They should have a proven track record in managing IT operations across multiple EMEA locations and strong project management skills with successful delivery of complex IT projects.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of IT leadership experience, focusing on supply chain management.
  • Experience with ERP systems R12 and SAP, MES applications, and supply chain management software.
