Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of global corporate clients with a focus on origination and execution of new lending transactions
  • Lead the origination and execution of complex lending transactions in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Perform commercial and credit analysis on potential lending opportunities, including qualitative and quantitative due diligence and financial analysis and stress testing
  • Execute transactions according to policy and present credit proposals for approval to relevant mandate holders
  • Monitor and manage assigned portfolio, including timely group reviews, monitoring financial reports, market trends, regulations, and early warning signs
  • Collaborate with the Legal Department or external counsel on documentation due diligence
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in the financial sector, preferably in a corporate credit role
  • Working knowledge of capital markets transactions
  • Proficient in financial and credit analysis
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Capable of working independently
  • Experience in the documentation process involved in transactions completion
  • General working knowledge of all corporate banking products
