As a key member of our engineering services team, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers, develop and implement strategies for effective project delivery, and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities- Manage project delivery from tender to completion, ensuring timely, safe, and within-budget execution.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting innovation and off-site manufacturing solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success.
- Oversight of budgets, procurement, and commercial aspects.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective project delivery, including risk management and issue resolution.
- Experience in project management (MEICA preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment is a plus.
- Full clean driving licence.
