As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the site, delivering top-tier customer service and a fresh food offering in a clean and safe environment. In the Site Manager's absence, you will take full responsibility for the store.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellence in customer service at all times. Prioritize customer satisfaction and consistently provide outstanding service.
  • Store Operations & Standards: Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the retail unit. Maintain high standards of merchandising, presentation, and customer care.
  • Team Management: Lead, manage, and organize a team effectively. Act as a role model, fostering teamwork and a positive work atmosphere.
  • Stock Management: Ensure accurate ordering and acceptance of stock. Merchandise shop areas to optimize product performance.
  • Health, Safety & Welfare Management: Assume the role of Health & Safety Officer for the site. Ensure compliance with The Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work Act, 2005.
