Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out basic and applied research in the area of layered 2D semiconductors
  • Material modification using advanced pulsed laser thermal treatment
  • Fabrication of thin-film TMD electronic devices
  • Extraction of field-effect transistor figures of merit
  • Drawing conclusions based on semiconductor device physics

The researcher will also contribute to partial supervision of postgraduate and undergraduate students and support the dissemination of research progress through publications in top-tier journals and at leading conferences in the field.
