Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing electrical construction projects from inception to completion

  • Developing and implementing project plans, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer requirements

  • Motivating and guiding a team of electrical professionals to achieve project objectives

  • Identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring the success of each project

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Significant experience in electrical contracting, preferably in a leadership or management capacity

  • Strong knowledge of electrical standards, codes, and regulations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
