Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our operations.

Main Duties:

  • Comply with and execute CGMP/GDP guidelines in all aspects of your work, maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Elevate any potential non-compliance or concerns that may impact product safety, efficacy, quality, or purity, promoting a culture of vigilance and accountability.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and compliant work environment, fostering open communication and transparency.
  • Promote a high-performing culture, encouraging personal growth and development through training and mentoring programs.
  • Communicate effectively with QC Leads to resolve quality-related queries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Establish and enforce adequate processes and procedures for all quality activities, ensuring seamless integration with other departments.
  • Support manufacturing and release activities, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures, minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar field, preferably in a quality function, demonstrating a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Previous analytical experience is beneficial, showcasing proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, driving improvement initiatives with minimal guidance, utilizing initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams, building strong relationships and facilitating collaboration.
