Job Description:

The role of Electrical QA/QC Lead at Wallace Myers International involves leading the implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS) on site, developing and coordinating project-specific quality plans, and ensuring consistent Construction Quality Audit programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inspection and test plans from all contractors, providing training to project personnel, and maintaining cross-site communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the QMS on site
  • Develop and coordinate project specific quality plans
  • Implement and execute a consistent Construction Quality Audit program
  • Manage quality benchmarking and standards of workmanship
  • Lead the project team in innovative approaches and solutions
  • Provide expertise and guidance on construction QA/QC

Requirements:

  • Degree, Diploma, or craft qualification with additional Construction qualifications
  • Demonstrated construction experience
  • Demonstrated capability in Construction Quality Management
