Job Title: Support Worker Disability

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity to work as a Support Worker in a disability services setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centered support to individuals with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for providing high-quality care and a strong understanding of key worker/support worker roles and philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver support according to the person's Personal Care Plan (PCP) and care plan.
  • Work on own initiative, using excellent communication skills to engage with service users and their families.

Fluent English and full driving license are essential for this role.
